2022 Topps Heritage

I led the production workflow for the launch of the 2022 Topps Heritage card boxes, managing creative timelines and asset delivery across internal teams including editors, designers, and legal. I ensured all packaging and card designs met brand and compliance standards before coordinating final handoff to external print vendors. This included prepping and delivering all production files to ensure accurate and timely printing of both the cards and retail boxes.
